REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Digital Products

  • Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products.
  • If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at hello@theteachersplaybook.com, and we will assist you.

Print-on-Demand (Made-to-Order) Products

Our print-on-demand products (e.g., teacher gifts, classroom dΓ©cor, apparel) are custom-made to order, meaning each item is produced only after an order is placed.

Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as size, color variations, or design preferences. Please check product details carefully before ordering.

Reporting Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@theteachersplaybook.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
    • A brief description of the issue

Refund Eligibility

  • If we verify that an item is defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated Shipping & Processing Times

  • All print-on-demand products are made to order, and fulfillment times may vary.
  • Estimated production time: between 3 to 5 days (on average).
  • Estimated shipping time: between 5 to 10 days (on average).

Note: These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to seasonal demand, supplier delays, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Policy

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates. Refunds will not be issued for orders that arrive within the estimated delivery window.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship within the Continental United States.
  • We do not ship to:
    • P.O. boxes
    • APO/FPO military addresses
    • U.S. territories
    • International locations outside our supported regions
