Welcome to The Teacher’s Playbook. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, purchasing our digital and print-on-demand (POD) products, and engaging with our services. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. General Information

  • The Teacher’s Playbook (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mix of digital educational resources and print-on-demand (POD) physical products made-to-order.
  • Our website is hosted on Shopify and offers downloadable products and made-to-order physical items through third-party print providers.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all material on The Teacher’s Playbook. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
  • You may not resell, reproduce, modify, or distribute our products, whether digital or physical, without written permission.

3. Digital Products & Licensing

  • All digital resources purchased or downloaded from The Teacher’s Playbook are for personal and classroom use only.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or modifying our digital products for resale is strictly prohibited.
  • Customers may print and use materials in their own classroom or educational setting, but may not share them beyond their direct classroom use.

4. Print-on-Demand (Made-to-Order) Products

Our physical products (e.g., teacher gifts, classroom décor, apparel) are made-to-order and printed/shipped by a third-party print provider.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All POD products are custom-printed upon order placement.
  • Orders typically take 2 to 5 days for production before shipping.
  • Fulfillment times may vary based on demand, holiday seasons, or supplier delays.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Once an order is processed, cancellations or changes may not be possible due to the custom nature of our POD products.
  • Please review your order carefully before submitting.

5. Refunds & Returns

Digital Products

  • Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
  • If you experience technical issues with downloading your files, please contact us at hello@theteachersplaybook.com.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

Since all POD products are custom-made, returns are only accepted in cases of damage or defect.

Return Eligibility

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • If verified, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not damaged or defective cannot be returned due to their custom nature.
  • Issues related to size, color variations, or design preferences are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within a standard processing time of 3 to 5 days.

6. Shipping & Delivery (POD Products Only)

  • Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs, etc.).
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that arrive within their estimated delivery window.

Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship to the continental United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or overseas military installations.
  • Future expansion may include additional regions as we grow.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address is correct at checkout to receive digital downloads.
  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address for POD orders.
  • The Teacher’s Playbook is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

8. Third-Party Services

  • We may include third-party links or integrations, such as Pinterest, Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), MailerLite (email marketing), and Print-on-Demand fulfillment providers.
  • We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • While we ensure the quality of our digital and physical products, we cannot guarantee specific results when using our resources in educational settings.
  • The Teacher’s Playbook is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, Dutch West Indies.
  • Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
